Make Sunday the Recharge

Sunday is the day of can'ts.

Sunday is the built-in weekly recharge — and what I do with it is my signature.

Swap the checklist question ('is this allowed?') for the sign question ('what does this say to God?'). Fill the day with what actually recharges — worship, family, people, rest — and the restriction framing evaporates.

Use it when: Sabbath boredom, kids groaning about Sunday, weekend burnout.

Backed by: Isaiah 58:13–14 — "call the sabbath a delight." President Nelson (2015): the Sabbath is a personal sign between you and God.
