Hard Days Are Training Days
Today was a complete waste.
Today taught me something the easy days couldn't.
Good days build momentum; bad days build muscle. Neither one is wasted — they just make different deposits. Ask what today trained instead of what it cost.
Use it when: A day where everything went wrong, a failed test, a rough shift at work or school.
Backed by: D&C 122:7 — after listing every terrible thing that could happen to Joseph, God ends with: all of it "shall give thee experience, and shall be for thy good." Job 23:10 — Job's confidence in the middle of loss: "when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold." Hebrews 12:11 — chastening never "seemeth to be joyous" at the time, but it "yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby."
What He’d say
All these things will give you experience, and they will be for your good. All of them — even today. Nothing you carry with me is wasted.
(His words from the passage above, spoken to you.)
